Purchase a system

Our systems are delivered electronically via e-mail.  Please contact us if prefer an alternative delivery method. You will receive the following when you purchase one of our systems:

• Fully disclosed and open TradeStation 2000i ELS file
• Text file with the source code, viewable with any text editor
• Manual in PDF format with setup instructions and explaining the logic and rules of the system
• Unlimited e-mail support for setting up the system and answering questions

When you purchase a system, you agree to the terms of the Purchase Agreement below.

CTS Crash System

We have different variations of this system with different exits which will be explained in the manual. We also  include different  TradeStation 2000i ELS files for the different variations.  Data requirements to trade the system is End of Day Equity Index futures data for the regular trading hour "Big Contracts", which should include the open, high, close and low of the day.  We do not recommend any data vendors,  but feel free to contact us for questions on data vendors and the ones we use.

Alhthough we are using the system on TradeStation, the rules are simple and easily understandable which would allow programming in another trading platform, or even doing the calculations by hand each day, although this would be more time consuming and complicated.

Please note that the price of the system will gradually increase to protect customers who already have bought the system by keeping copies sold to a low number.  We will monitor sales and the markets, and if deemed necessary, the system will not be available for purchase anymore.

Important:  

Although we use Paypal for checkout and billing services, you do not need to be a Paypal member to purchase the system and just need a valid credit card.  If you are not a Paypal member, please include a valid e-mail address in the Optional Area provided on the checkout screen, otherwise we will not be able to e-mail your purchase. Please contact us for details with regard to cashier checks and wire transfers.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

• You  acknowledge that you understand the risk disclosures explained on the first page.
• You are purchasing the systems exclusively for your own use for trading personal funds and will not use the systems to trade the accounts of other parties.
• You agree not to reveal the rules of the systems to anyone or to use the systems in any commercial enterprise.
• You are aware that Creative Trading Systems LLC  reserves the right to bring legal action for any violation of this agreement and agree that any legal action involving this purchase agreement will be filed within and governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
• You agree that you will trade the systems entirely at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for any losses that may be incurred. You understand that the systems are being delivered  "as is" with no guarantee of accuracy or future profitability.
• You have been informed about the risks of relying on hypothetical performance and are aware that any form of past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
• Due to full disclosure of the system, you are not eligible for a refund and all purchases are final.
• If you make illegal copies and use the system in any way prohibited by the purchasing agreement, you agree to pay a penalty of $100,000 to Creative Trading Systems, LCC.
